Covid-19 Update: December 2021

I am currently offering both in-person and virtual classes via Zoom. All students attending in-person classes are required to be fully vaccinated; booster is optional as are face masks. I am fully vaccinated with a booster; I do not teach class in a mask. I follow Covid-19 cleaning protocols in the studio and run a Medify Air Purifier with a HEPA filter during class. My studio comfortably holds 8 students allowing for a 3ft. distance between each student. Most of the classes average four students in attendance. Yoga mats and all necessary props are provided and sanitized between use.


If you prefer to practice yoga in the comfort and convenience of your home, virtual classes are available via Zoom. The app is free to download and the platform is easy to navigate. If you're unfamiliar with Zoom, I can walk you through the process.

~   TUESDAY   ~

10:15 - 11:30 am ~ Gentle Yoga

Safe for all ages and body types, this gentle stretching routine provides toning and flexibility to seniors as well as students who prefer a gentle approach due to illness, fatigue or recent surgery. 

2:15 pm - 3:30 pm ~ Chair ZOGA - Yoga on Zoom 

Seated stretching and modified yoga postures for students who find it difficult to get up and down on the floor, or for those who prefer a gentle approach. We will do some standing in addition to seated movements, but we will not get down on the floor. Please note that my studio is a two-story walkup. There is no elevator, so students must be able to maneuver stairs.

~   WEDNESDAY    ~

10:15 - 11:30 am ~ Hatha Yoga

Warm-up stretches, basic yoga postures and breathing exercises followed by a brief deep relaxation. Beginners welcome.

~   THURSDAY    ~

5:30 - 6:45 pm ~ Hatha Yoga

~   SUNDAY    ~

1:30 - 2:45 pm ~ Yoga Nidra

Also referred to as “yogic sleep,” the practice of Yoga Nidra describes the state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. Students lie on the floor in savasana and are guided through a series of relaxation and gentle breathing techniques that may provide deep rest and inner peace. No prior yoga experience necessary.

5-class card $90 ~ valid for 2 months

10-class card $170 ~ valid for 4 months

20-class card $320 ~ valid for 4 months

The 20-class card is intended for 2 classes/week.

~    CLASS CARDS    ~

The class card gives students a savings from the drop-in rate, while offering flexibility in attendance. Students may use the card for any class on the schedule, provided there is space in the class and the card is used before its expiration date. An active class card also qualifies students for a small discount on private instruction offered by appointment only.

Class Cards are non-transferable.

Payment is accepted by cash, check PayPal and Venmo.
